• production and touring development for boulder, belly, radar, song

• fundraising for four new versions of friend

• organising socials for live artists/experimental performance makers in and around Newcastle upon Tyne through Wunderbar - next one on 11 May!

• doing final editing work with Jussara Belchior Santos and Magdalena Hutter on our book, Fat Performance (forthcoming later this year, Intellect)

• meeting new people who would like to join the fat dance troupe that grew out of the Fat Dance Sessions

• preparing to lead workshops at ImPulsTanz this August

• writing a Substack

RECENTLY

• ran my Do It Together project Disciplined in April with BUZZCUT and Take Me Somewhere (such a good group of collaborators!)

• Worked as both a supervisor and an external examiner (different than in the UK!) on the extraordinary MFA Dance and Participation at the Danish National School of Performing Arts

• revelled in the potential for a community of practice around experimental performance in the northeast during Wunderbar's first Live Art Social, hosted by Patrick Ziza at D6: Culture in Transit

• joined Jonathan Burrows, Bojana Cvejić and Guido Orgs in their research project about choreography as an inherent property of all dancing at the Centre for Dance Research, Coventry University

• attended the Northumberland Dance Development Network networking day at Alnwick Playhouse
